Handmade Products
All items are handmade. Because of the nature of handmade products, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, and appearance may occur. These variations make each item unique and are not considered defects.
Fabric Availability
Fabric selections are subject to availability. If a selected fabric becomes unavailable, a similar option will be offered for approval before production continues.
Color Variations
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and fabric dye lots.
Bag Sizes & Measurements
The Blossoming Jade offers multiple bag sizes, including Mini Tote, Large Tote, and XL Tote options. Please review product dimensions before purchasing. Size expectations are the responsibility of the customer.
Due to the handmade nature of each item, slight measurement variations may occur.
Made-to-Order & Custom Orders
Most items are made to order, including custom orders. Processing times will be listed on each product page. By purchasing a made-to-order or custom item, you acknowledge that production time is required before shipping.
Production is considered started once:
- Custom fabric or materials have been ordered, and/or
- Fabric has been cut
Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Custom orders will be shared with the customer for confirmation before shipping to ensure expectations are met.
Custom Order Deposits
Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit to begin. This deposit secures materials and production time. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of the custom item.
Deposits are non-refundable once:
- Fabric or materials have been ordered, or
- Fabric has been cut
The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid before the order ships.
Processing Times
Processing times refer to the time needed to create your order before shipping. This does not include shipping time. Processing times may vary depending on order volume. Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Prices are subject to change without notice.
Shipping
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays. Once an order has shipped, The Blossoming Jade is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available. Customers selecting local pickup will be contacted with pickup details once the order is ready.

Custom orders are approved by the customer before shipping to confirm expectations are met. Because of this approval process, custom orders are final sale.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can review and determine an appropriate resolution.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellation may not be possible if production has started.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (see Made-to-Order & Custom Orders section).
Product Use
All items are intended for everyday use. The Blossoming Jade is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, overloading, or normal wear and tear.
Intellectual Property
All images, designs, product photos, and content on this website are the property of The Blossoming Jade and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
