Returns
I accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Free of odors, stains, or pet hair
- Returned with original packaging (if applicable)
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different fabric or style, please get in touch with me within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to fabric availability. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.
Custom Items
All custom items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I will repair, replace, or refund the item at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase (deposit received). After that, materials may already be cut and the order cannot be cancelled.
